Applications
Start with the decision.
WorldFrame is applied when a decision matters: what to build, where to invest, how to position, what to program, what to create next. The model establishes the context. The reading identifies what matters. The frame defines the direction.
The questions clients bring.
What should this site become? Which uses have supporting evidence? Which audiences are underserved? Which risks are visible in the record?
Which forces are materially changing this district? Where are physical conditions and cultural expectations moving apart? Which interventions would strengthen the whole?
How should a destination distinguish itself? Which experiences justify travel? How are expectations of comfort, culture, and meaning changing?
Where should a brand exist physically? What role should each place perform? How should the experience express the brand's meaning?
Which movement should this program engage? Which audiences is it not reaching? What form should the next chapter take?
What evidence supports the thesis? Who is the audience, precisely? How will people understand this the first time they meet it?
If the question is real and the decision is live, the model applies. How the World Model works →
How engagements run.
Two formats. An engagement starts with the first and grows only as far as the question requires. The reading and the frame are the products. What the direction becomes is developed from there.
The World Model is directed at your question. It assembles the strongest claims, measured changes, contradictions, precedents, and unknowns around the decision, and the reading determines what they mean.
What it producesA clear reading of what is happening, what matters, and where the most meaningful opportunities may be, with the evidence attached. The published district analyses are Intelligence Reads in public form.
The frame establishes the central idea, the opportunity, the people it should matter to, the value it should create, and the principles that guide future decisions.
What it producesA clear direction that leadership, creative teams, designers, operators, investors, and partners can build from.
The instruments stay directed at an organization's places, markets, and questions. Each new decision is made against the accumulated record, and each result returns to it.
What it producesA private record that compounds: readings on demand, standing questions under watch, and a model that knows your context better every quarter.
Before you ask.
Why build an intelligence system instead of relying on research?
Commissioned research answers one question at one moment, then begins aging. The instruments observe continuously, so every reading is made against current conditions, and each engagement adds to a record that compounds over time.
How is this different from market research?
Market research measures what people say they want. The World Model reads what people do, what is being built, and how culture is moving, together. Demand forms in the gaps between those three, which is exactly what a single-domain study cannot see.
Where does the intelligence come from?
Atlas draws on spatial records: GIS layers, land use, development and permitting activity, mobility, demographics, and commercial performance. Signals draws on research output, policy, patent filings, market prices, projects, and the publications that shape each field. Everything enters one model, and every figure states its basis: sourced, calculated, or modeled.
Can the system read any city?
Yes. The architecture is independent of any one place, and the instruments are pointed wherever an engagement requires. Miami is the current public World Model, with ten districts under continuous reading.
Why combine spatial, cultural, and behavioral intelligence?
Because experience is a person responding to a place. A project succeeds when physical conditions and cultural expectations align, and whether they align is invisible to any single-domain view.
What does an Intelligence Read actually look like?
A written reading of one site, district, asset, or initiative: what is happening, what it means, and what to do about it, with the evidence attached. The published district analyses are the public form of the format.
Can this become part of an organization's own decision making?
Yes. The instruments can stay pointed at an organization's context, so each new decision is made against the accumulated record.
